Chairman Fred Poses on our Company Values
The same is true of our working lives as part of a global company. We all make decisions in our jobs, and most of the time the right thing to do is obvious. When faced with unclear situations, having a company-wide set of values ensures that we stay on track and preserve our integrity as a company. Our values determine what's important to us as an organization, and shape how we see ourselves and how others see us. To live up to our mission of being the best in the eyes of customers, employees and shareowners, a global set of values is imperative to define how we behave individually and collectively, as a company.
